I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know I have lowered my Massage and Reiki prices to the lowest they have been since I left massage school seven plus years ago. My one hour introductory Swedish, Deep Tissue massage, Reiki Healing or Chakra Balancing is now only $39. After that, one hour treatments range from $60 to $70 with half hours at around $35. Right now I would safely guess I am in the lowest price range in the New York area for Massage and Reiki Healing (with the exception of non-licensed establishments.)
I’ve often heard people say you get what you pay for but in this case I guarantee you a fantastic experience or your money back. I say this with confidence and experience in my ability as a New York Licensed, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, to far exceed your expectations. I have lowered my prices because I realize it’s not easy for most to come up with the prices some spas are charging. It’s no wonder some see massage and other healing modalities as a luxury and not as preventive care for their health.
Below is a testimonial from one of my many happy customers:
“Hey everyone, this place rocks and Marcus Feighery is a top notch massage therapist. The added bonus is that as he is a Reiki Master and there is a little bit of Reiki that goes into each of his massages (ha-ha did I say little?). He worked on my sore foot/ankle/Achilles yesterday and today I did 40 min of high speed intervals with my trainer pain free. YESSSS!!! I highly recommend him. :-)” – Sharon C., Manhattan
Below is a list of some of the things Massage and Reiki can help with, and my bio. We also have a wonderful female massage therapist, Stephanie Frattali at Synchronicity.

“Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.” – Eckhart Tolle
Are you grateful for the precious gift of life, or like most do you get up each day and take most things for granted? It’s almost impossible to have abundance in life if you’re not feeling grateful for what you already have. To look forward to happier times you must first come from a place of thankfulness for the gifts you already have no matter what your current situation is.
Sometimes it’s hard to feel grateful when the chips are down. I hear things like “Easier said than done” or, “That’s easy for you to say but you have no idea what I’m going through”. Believe me, I am guilty of saying things like this myself, especially when things aren’t going according to plan. But when I catch myself in the act of self-sabotage, I turn it around with thoughts of genuine gratitude.
We are all dealt different hands in life and we all have to deal with some very difficult situations at one point or another. There is just no getting around it. The death of a loved one; sickness; divorce; loss of a job; getting into debt — These are just a few of the things we might encounter at some time or another. But if we take appropriate action we can emerge stronger than before.
The death of my parents was a devastating time in my life, but over time I’ve come to realize that dealing with their passing has made me a stronger person and brought me closer to divine spirit. I still went through the terrible pain of loss, but in the pain I searched for the comfort of God. I use the word God but I could also say I searched to feel connected to energy of some kind. When I plugged into this energy I came alive. I came alive with the feeling of empowerment, comfort, and support. This energy (God, source, spirit) is responsible for all of creation of which we are a part of. When we plug in to it we become empowered to create what happens in our lives.
It is up to each and every one of us to try and find something positive in everything that happens in our lives. When things are just going along with no great feeling of excitement, for example waking up on Monday morning with the whole workweek ahead of you, start looking for the little things in life to be grateful for. Some in the recovery movement know it as “putting a little gratitude in your attitude”. So instead of feeling overwhelmed with all that needs to be accomplished in the week ahead, think about how lucky you are to have a job to go to. Think about how good it is to get out of a warm bed and to have a place to come home to with people to love and people who love you. Don’t just drive off on the highway and take all this for granted.
If you want to feel connected to this powerful source you need to look hard for something in your life that fills you with hope. Then by giving thanks and feeling grateful you change a bad situation into a not so bad situation, and a good situation into a great situation. There is always something to be grateful for in life no matter how bad it is.
When my parents died, I was grateful to have had the time I had with them. I was grateful to have my family and friends around me. I was devastated but looked for something to be grateful for that gave me hope to push on. These days I think about how blessed I am to have a great wife and three children and how they light up my life. I still have to pay the bills, people are still driving slowly in front of me when I’m in a rush to get somewhere important, some people don’t even like me! But I always find something to be grateful for. I don’t always get it right, but each moment of the day is a moment I can start all over.
No matter what the situation is, take the action to be grateful for something in your life. Believe me, it can make any situation more bearable. And if things are going great in your life, it’s important to continue giving thanks and feeling grateful for your successes. By doing this, your trust in God-Source-Spirit-Love, will grow stronger and you will feel so much better each and every day.
